The clients on Bonar Place came to me having already scheduled to move to Switzerland. The clients had two side by side detached houses which had been combined as their family home. The client had already sourced a (mutually connected) builder to separate their home, but the work needed project management in their absence. I was able to schedule the works, visit regularly to assess progress, stage the properties for sale, and sell both properties within 3 months – for £150,000 more than the values quoted by local estate agents at the time.
