When selecting an agent, consider are they experienced, have a deep understanding of the industry and are capable of all aspects to react appropriately to all circumstances.
Sadly most individual agents offer just one basic service, and therefore have a transactional approach.
I can be your lifetime agent for all your property needs, and treat all my clients with that in mind. Here is what makes me different and what I can do for you:
Buying
Allow me to be your unfair advantage, and let’s make sure that your biggest financial commitment isn’t your most expensive one!
Selling
It is never too early to ask me for advice on how to sell - so even if you’re just considering selling your property, no matter where it is in the UK, you’ll be doing the right thing by giving me a ring to discuss.
Consultancy
You may feel you can do much of the work yourself or have selected an agent who has overpromised and underdelivered. In these cases, at least call on me to consult you where necessary. I offer a 1 hour free ‘discovery call’ and will likely give you plenty of value in that time alone.
Letting
I deliberately only manage a small number of landlords and tenancies to maintain the highest possible quality of service. I manage the properties as if they are my own.
