Matt spent his whole professional life in London real estate with both Central London & suburb experience, including 10 years at South East London's largest independent agency.
He specialises in South East London (particularly Bromley, Lewisham, Southwark & Greenwich boroughs) however would certainly add value to any London transaction with his experience, contacts, enthusiasm & passion to ensure his client always succeeds in achieving their goal.

History
Matt began his property career in 2005 as a tea boy for a small development consultancy / new build agency on Curtain Road in Shoreditch (East London) called ‘Bridge Development Consultants’. He worked his way through the ranks in both sales and lettings.
Joining the Acorn Group in 2009, Matt was Lewisham Assistant Manager until 2012, consistently finishing in the top 5 ‘negotiators’ (across the group) for revenue and customer satisfaction, while being the top referrer for mortgages in the company for 2010, 2011 & 2012.
2012-2018 was promoted to branch and area manager specialising in Lewisham, Bromley & Southwark boroughs.
In late 2018, on the same day as exchanging on the sale of his house, he handed in his notice at Acorn.
The sale of the house was key to pay for new ventures (including buying a derelict house on Burnt Ash Lane in Bromley to bring ‘back to brick’) and in September 2019 Matt founded ‘The Property Expert’.
Before starting it alone, Matt had managed over 1500 sales transactions & 2000 lettings transactions for Bridge & Acorn collectively.
Matt is highly regarded as an experienced, professional property consultant, estate agent & buying agent, with particular expertise in
the South East London residential markets.
Now working to a low turnover, high quality model (common in the US, Australia, and across the world) Matt can still use the extensive experience he’s gained working for others, but in a more focussed way just for YOU and a handful of other clients.

Matt is a qualified Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the Property Redress Scheme (PRS).
